Coagulation test for determination of activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT). The lyophilized reagent consists of kaolin, sulphatide and a mixture of highly purified phospholipids. Dapttin® TC is sensitive to heparin.
Test principle
The sample is incubated with Dapttin® TC. At 37°C the reaction with 0,025 molar CaCl₂ is started and the time until formation of a clot measured.
