Capture and detection antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for quantitative determination of t-PA.
Test principle
Micro wells coated with t-PA antibodies (capture antibody), to which t-PA from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the t-PA/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the content of t-PA in the sample.
