Emicizumab Level 1 and Level 2 controls are used for quality control of modified one-step FVII activity assays to determine the concentration of active emicizumab from a clotting time measurement.
Test principle
Level 1 and Level 2 emicizumab controls can be used with all tests as with citrated plasma samples. They are used to monitor test variables for the one-step FVIII activity assay to determine the concentration of active emicizumab.
Reagent and stability (reconstituted)
The reagent must be stored unopened at +2-8°C and can be used until the date indicated on the label.
