Reagent kit for determination of thrombin generation in platelet poor (PPP) or platelet rich (PRP) plasma.
Test principle
The samples are mixed with a phospholipid-, Tissue-factor- and CaCl₂-containing reagent. The formation of thrombin is measured with a fluorogenic substrate.
