Procedure
APACT 4004: Select assay QC-Test on the APACT and LPC-Software.
Cuvettes: Shake the Photometer-Controls very well before use. Pipette 200 µl of each Photometer-Control into a cuvette. Use the cuvette of Photometer-Control 1 for all 4 channels to store PPP-value. Use the cuvette of Photometer-Control 2 for all 4 channels to store PRP-value. Use the cuvette of Photometer-Control 3 for all 4 channels to measure the 50 % value.
Expected values
40 – 60 % max. Aggregation. The differences from the mean value of channel 1 -4 should not be higher than +/- 4 % max. Aggregation.
