ELISA Prekallikrein

Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of prekallikrein.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with prekallikrein antibodies (capture antibody), to which the prekallikrein from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the Prekallikrein/capture anti-body complex. After a washing step, added enzyme reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the prekallikrein content.
