ELISA Plasmin-α2-Antiplasmin-Complex

Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.

Complete sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of baseline as well as elevated levels of Plasmin-α₂-Antiplasmin (PAP)-complexes in human plasma.

Test principle

The samples are incubated in micro wells coated with monoclonal antibodies against the PAP-complex. After binding of the PAP-complex to the capture antibodies, unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detection antibody is added which recognizes PAP/capture antibody-complexes. After a washing step, added substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the activity of PAP-complexes in the sample.
