Complete sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of Protein C.
Test principle
The samples are incubated in micro wells coated with antibodies against Protein C (capture antibody). After binding of Protein C to the capture antibody, unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the Protein C/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the Protein C content in the sample.
