ELISA Factor IX

Capture and detecting antibodies for construction of an enzyme immuno assay for quantitative determination of factor IX.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with factor IX antibodies (capture antibody), to which factor IX from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the factor IX/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the content of factor IX in the sample.
