Test principle
The samples are mixed with imidazol buffer and a normal plasma and then incubated for two hours in various dilutions. Upon this the factor VIII concentration of the sample is determined. A graphic evaluation shows the factor VIII inhibitor content of the sample in Bethesda units. Software for evaluation is available.
