ELISA Factor XII
Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.
Capture and detecting antibodies for construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of factor XII antigen.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with factor XII antibodies (capture antibody), to which factor XII from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the factor XII/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the factor XII content of the sample.
