ELISA APC-α1-Antitrypsin-Complex
Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.
Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of the APC-α₁-antitrypsin complex.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with antibodies against APC (capture antibody), which bind the APC-α₁-antitrypsin-complex from the sample. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated anti-α₁-antitrypsin detecting antibody is added and binds to the APC-α₁-antitrypsin/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional the APC-α₁-antitrypsin complex in the sample.
