Lupus Anticoagulant Test
Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.
Clotting assay for determination of Lupus Anticoagulants based on a modified aPTT-method, in which two different phospholipid concentrations are used.
Test principle
A suspension of siliciumdioxide and aluminiumoxide serves as activator. The modified aPTT’s with each two phospholipid concentrations are determined from normal plasma, patient plasma and a 1+1 mixture. The course of the diagrams „sec aPTT against concentration patient plasma“ allows a report regarding presence of a Lupus-Inhibitor.
