ELISA Antithrombin
Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.
Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of antithrombin.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with antithrombin antibodies (capture antibody), to which antithrombin from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the antithrombin/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the antithrombin content of the sample.
