ELISA t-PA/PAI-1-Complex

Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.

Complete Sandwich ELISA kit for quantitative determination of human t-PA/PAI-1 complexes in plasma and other biological fluids.

Test principle

The samples are incubated in micro wells coated with monoclonal anti-t-PA-antibodies (mouse). After binding of t-PA/PAI-1 complexes to the capture antibody, unbound substances are removed by washing. A monoclonal peroxidase conjugated detecting anti-PAI-1-anti-body is added and binds to the t-PA/PAI-1 complex. After a washing step, added substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting colour is proportional to the content of t-PA/PAI-1 complexes in the sample.
