ELISA Factor VII
Automatically transferred from the PDF. Please compare details with the original document.
Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of factor VII antigen.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with factor VII antibodies (capture antibody), to which factor VII from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the factor VII/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the factor VII content of the sample.
