Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of Thrombin-HCII-complex
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with anti-thrombin-antibodies (capture antibody), to which Thrombin-HCII-complex from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the Thrombin-HCII-complex/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the Thrombin-HCII-complex content of the sample.
