ELISA Faktor XIII

Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of factor XIII antigen.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with factor XIII antibodies (capture antibody), to which the factor XIII from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the factor XIII/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the factor XIII content.
