Capture and detecting antibodies for the construction of an ELISA for the quantitative determination of factor X.
Test principle
Micro wells are coated with factor X antibodies (capture antibody), to which factor X from the sample binds. Unbound substances are removed by washing. A peroxidase conjugated detecting antibody is added and binds to the factor X/capture antibody complex. After a washing step, added enzyme substrate reacts with the conjugate. The intensity of the resulting color is proportional to the factor X content of the sample.
